Oticon Intent is the first hearing aid in the world to understand the user’s behaviour and listening intention, recognise when they change, and seamlessly adapt – by combining four types of sensor input:
Conversation activity – sensors monitor whether there’s an active conversation or not, informing the system to prioritise speech.
Head movement – sensors monitor if and how the user moves their head to understand the type of communication situation.
Body Movement – physical movement sensors help anticipate the need for increased spatial awareness support.
